Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Digital Event Technology Specialist to support and execute digital event technology solutions across a range of event types. This role focuses on tactical delivery, building SME knowledge and contributing to continuous improvement.

The position supports our Audio Visual and Event Technology team and offers a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience.
• Working knowledge of digital event technology platforms and tools (virtual, hybrid, or in-person event systems).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with varying levels of complexity.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to established processes.
• Effective communication skills, including some client-facing experience.
• Willingness to learn and expand expertise across multiple digital solutions.
• Ability to operate both independently and under leadership guidance.

• Execute deliverables under the guidance and mentorship of leadership.
• Build and maintain knowledge across multiple digital products, with an emphasis on continuous learning and skill development.
• Engage in client-facing interactions as needed to support event execution and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage local labor in certain event scenarios.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results by following established standard operating procedures (SOPs), while recommending minor process improvements.
• Focus primarily on tactical execution of event technology, with limited involvement in strategic planning.

Summary

The Digital Event Technology Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing digital event technology solutions across a range of event types and complexities. This role focuses primarily on tactical delivery, ensuring successful execution of digital products while developing subject matter expertise and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

This position will support our Audio Visual and Event Technology team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

• Dallas, TX
• Las Vegas, NV
• Orlando, FL
