The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving in a fast-moving environment with a small team and on-call rotation. Prior Shopify or eCommerce exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years IT support or help desk experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across PC/Mac and devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support for corporate/store staff.
• Support and optimize Shopify-based eCommerce site.
• Help implement business process improvements via automation.
• Explore AI tools to streamline reporting and workflows.
• Document procedures and support tickets.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
