Are you an e-commerce or retail professional ready to pivot into tech? We’re hiring an E-commerce & Retail Specialist to help online and brick and mortar retailers grow with AI.

At Voice.ai, we’re transforming how retailers connect with customers by deploying custom-trained AI voice agents that handle order inquiries, returns, shipping updates, product questions, and customer support, all in real time. E-commerce and retail is one of our fastest growing verticals, and we’re looking for someone who deeply understands the industry, ideally from firsthand experience.

What you’ll do:

• Own the full sales cycle for e-commerce and retail clients from outreach to close.
• Educate retailers on how Voice AI improves response times, enhances customer experience, and reduces operational costs.
• Leverage your industry knowledge to consult on common pain points in order management, returns, shipping, and customer support.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline using outbound and inbound strategies.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to tailor positioning for e-commerce platforms and retail chains.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail operations, online marketplaces, or retail tech.
• Sales experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or retail software is a plus.
• Strong consultative sales skills; able to demo and articulate value clearly.
• Deep understanding of retail workflows including order processing, customer support, returns, and shipping logistics.
• Tech‑savvy, curious, and excited about the potential of AI in retail and e‑commerce.
• Self‑starter comfortable in a fast‑paced, early‑stage environment.
