A leading tech support company is seeking an individual for a role focused on desktop operating systems and applications. The candidate will support desktop and laptop configurations, assist with helpdesk activities, and conduct training for new hires. A minimum of 2 years of experience and an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience are required. Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows and Office applications are essential. Responsibilities
  • Support all desktop operating systems and applications including but not limited to Windows 7/10, Office 2016, Production Labeling System, etc.
  • Configure/Install all new computers (desktop and laptop)
  • Support Associates thru Helpdesk activities.
  • Support video conference activities.
  • Support all Desktop/Laptop, scale, thermal printer, and handheld scanner hardware issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all hardware and software license agreements.
  • Conduct new hire orientation training for all new/promoted associates that will be accessing the computer network for the first time and continuing education for all associates.
  • Support Production Labeling system through upgrades, troubleshooting, and pro-active upgrades.

Education: Associate\'s Degree (two-year college or technical school), or equivalent years in work experience

Experience: 2 plus years of experience Computer Skills: Windows 7/10, Office 2016, General Troubleshooting, Wi-Fi, General TCP/IP and network functionality. C# experience a plus. Aplus certification a plus.
