Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Nashville, TN is seeking an IT Support professional to help manage and support end-user devices and a range of applications, including RAS and Citrix. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and network issues across desktops, laptops, iPads, and printers, while maintaining asset lifecycles and coordinating with the IT Service Center for fast resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree with some related experience or a stronger high school diploma

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 3 plus years of specific experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support RBG applications including Route Accounting & Settlement software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues on desktops, laptops, iPads, printers and mobile devices.
• Manage end-user devices and lifecycle management, including procurement and setup.
• Coordinate with IT Service Center and other IT groups for timely issue resolution.
• Provide incident and problem management reporting via the IT Service Center ticketing system.
• Assist with other projects or duties as assigned.

Job description

Position Responsibilities:

• Support of RBG applications, including but not limited to RAS (Route Accounting & Settlement) software, selling & delivery, routing & dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, Citrix, and iPad solutions for various location(s)
• Support, troubleshoot, and resolve local hardware and network issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment
• Manage and maintain end-user assets, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; oversee procurement, setup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
• Work with IT Service Center and other IT groups to support issues with a high degree of responsiveness; provide efficient escalation of issues where appropriate to IT team members
• Provide accurate incident & problem management reporting as required by using IT Service Center ticketing system
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 3 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:
