POSITION: Information Technology Support Specialist
The mission for this role is to provide daily support to the information technology systems and infrastructure while working with the IT Manager on new implementations of IT goals and projects. This support role will perform a daily review of IT infrastructure components and resources to provide a high-level overview and status to the IT Manager. This role will also provide first-level support through the company help desk and provide access support for the HR and management teams. An IT Support Specialist oversees computer systems for businesses and offers support to the system's users. This may be internal assistance, working directly with staff who use the computer systems, or assisting external customers who access the systems via the Internet.

This role does or may require regular access to Protected Health Information (PHI) and/or confidential client data.
