Job summary

HealthMark Group is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide daily IT system and infrastructure support in the Dallas/Addison area. The role collaborates with the IT Manager on new goals and projects and serves as the first point of contact for staff via the help desk.

The position requires hands-on experience with Windows environments, Office 365, and strong communication skills to support HR and management teams. On-site work and routine equipment updates are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience with Windows, Windows Server, and Office 365.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic networking.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues and document steps.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to staff via help desk.
• Install and configure hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitor IT infrastructure and report issues to IT Manager.
• Assist with new client implementations and integrations.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and plan for replacements.
• Ensure system updates and maintenance are applied.
• Prepare equipment for shipping and deployment.
