Qualifications

• 7+ years of related functional experience.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall.
• Ability to propose innovative IT solutions aligned with business needs.
• Strong lean and agile process improvement skills.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end processes and system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT solution delivery across multiple domains.
• Partner with business areas, customers and stakeholders to capture needs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure solutions align with architecture and IT strategy.
• Coordinate demand management, design, delivery and operations.
