Job summary

UNFI is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Solutions - Safety & Asset Protection to lead the technology portfolio supporting food safety, recalls, traceability, regulatory compliance, risk management, and asset protection. You will partner with Safety, Quality, Compliance, and Supply Chain teams to define strategy and drive digital transformation.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT leadership with enterprise applications and stakeholder management.
3+ years leading teams, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience supporting Safety, Quality, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or related functions.
Experience with recalls, traceability, or regulatory compliance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the technology strategy for food safety, recall, and traceability.
Collaborate with Safety, Quality, Compliance, and Supply Chain leaders to ensure compliant solutions.
Lead delivery of enterprise technology solutions for recalls, traceability, audits, and risk management.
Ensure rapid identification and reporting of product quality and safety events.
Partner with Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
