Job summary

Coca Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an IT Solution Architect to own end-to-end SAP-enabled warehouse and distribution solutions. The role partners with business stakeholders to design, build, test, deploy, and provide production support for DC operations, coordinating with vendors and service partners on‑site and offshore.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years SAP experience in ECC/S4HANA with deep warehouse execution expertise, strong leadership, and ability to travel to Distribution Centers

Qualifications

• Translate complex business requirements into sustainable SAP designs leveraging standard functionality, custom dev, and third‑party products.
• Lead requirements discovery and document solution requirements with high-quality specs.
• Provide end-to-end solution leadership across design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Define and execute test plans; coordinate integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Review designs; recommend improvements to reduce complexity and improve performance.
• Lead process analysis and red‑engineering to future state with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with leaders on change impacts and adoption planning to minimize disruption.
• Provide production support and drive root cause analysis and recurring issue elimination.
• Ensure SOX compliance, access/security reviews and controls validation.
• Establish standards and best practices with cross‑functional reviews.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into sustainable SAP designs using standard functionality, custom development, and third‑party products.
• Lead requirements discovery and document solution requirements with high‑quality functional specs.
• Provide solution leadership across the delivery lifecycle: design, build oversight, testing strategy, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare.
• Define and execute test plans, coordinate integration testing, and support user acceptance testing.
• Review and approve solution designs; recommend improvements to reduce complexity and improve supportability.
• Lead process analysis and re‑engineering efforts, connecting current‑state issues to future‑state solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders on change impacts and adoption planning to minimize disruption.
• Provide production support and ensure timely incident resolution; drive root cause analysis.
• Ensure compliance with change management and cybersecurity standards; participate in security reviews.
• Establish and enforce standards and best practices; coordinate cross‑functional fit‑gap reviews.
