Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Technology Solutions Architect to lead senior technical work within Agile delivery teams.

The successful candidate will design scalable, secure, and enterprise-aligned technology solutions by translating business requirements into implementable architectures and guiding build decisions across platforms. You will mentor delivery teams, enforce development standards, and evaluate build-versus-buy options, including SaaS and cloud-based solutions,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years of relevant work experience preferred.
Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale architectures within Agile delivery teams.
Strong foundation in software engineering, system design, and distributed architectures.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop high-level solution architectures and oversee implementations to ensure enterprise standards and quality.
Collaborate with product and delivery teams to assess feasibility, scalability, and risks for new initiatives.
Promote architecture guardrails and reference patterns across delivery teams and enterprise architecture.
Communicate complex designs and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor delivery teams on technologies and AI-enabled development practices.
