Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Technology Solutions Architect to lead senior technical work within Agile delivery teams.

The successful candidate will design scalable, secure, and enterprise-aligned technology solutions by translating business requirements into implementable architectures and guiding build decisions across platforms. You will mentor delivery teams, enforce development standards, and evaluate build-versus-buy options, including SaaS and cloud-based solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale architectures within Agile delivery teams.
• Strong foundation in software engineering, system design, and distributed architectures.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level solution architectures and oversee implementations to ensure enterprise standards and quality.
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to assess feasibility, scalability, and risks for new initiatives.
• Promote architecture guardrails and reference patterns across delivery teams and enterprise architecture.
• Communicate complex designs and tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor delivery teams on technologies and AI-enabled development practices.
