Job Description

The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. This position analyzes, designs, develops tests, and automates tests. It collaborates cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technology solutions, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design.
  • Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites.
  • Use test-driven development in an agile environment.
  • Contribute to and leverage components for continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver innovative, results-oriented technology solutions.
  • Apply best practices and seek continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of experience with application development or packaged software implementations, specifically AS400/IBMi.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications
  • Knowledge of RPG/CL programming languages.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn from senior team members.
  • Ability to address opportunities proactively.

  • Ability to travel up to 5%.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and outside core hours as needed.
  • Prolonged sitting, use of hands, and visual acuity.

All employees must adhere to security responsibilities and comply with applicable legal and internal policies.

Salary range: $74,000 - $118,000 based on experience.
