IT Software Engineer - Implementation Team Remote

The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. This role involves analyzing, designing, and developing tests and test automation. The engineer collaborates cross-functionally to achieve innovative, business-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technology solutions, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design.
• Analyze, design, and develop test and test-automation suites.
• Utilize test-driven development within an agile environment.
• Contribute to and leverage components for continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver innovative, results-driven solutions.
• Apply best practices and pursue continuous improvement.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of application development or software implementation experience with AS400/IBMi.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Experience with RPG/CL.

Additional Considerations

Physical Demands & Other

• Travel up to 5%.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends/shifts outside core hours.
• Physical ability to sit, handle, reach, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform visual tasks.

Salary range: $74,000 - $118,000 based on experience.
