Job Description

The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. This position analyzes, designs, and develops tests and test-automation. It collaborates cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technology solutions ensuring they meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design.
  • Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites.
  • Use test-driven development in an agile environment.
  • Leverage and contribute components for the continuous integration and deployment pipeline.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve innovative, business-results driven solutions.
  • Apply best practices and pursue continuous improvement.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of experience with application development or packaged software implementations, specifically AS400/IBMi.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Physical Demands
  • Up to 5% travel.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and outside core hours.
  • Ability to sit, handle, talk, hear, reach, stand, walk, lift (up to 25 lbs), and see clearly.

All employees must adhere to security responsibilities and comply with applicable policies and legal requirements.

Potential salary ranges from $74,000 to $118,000, based on experience.
