Job Title: IT Software Engineer - AS400/IBMi Implementation Team (Remote)

Description: The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions, with a focus on AS400/IBMi systems. The role involves analyzing, designing, developing tests and automation, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve innovative, business-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technology solutions ensuring they meet non-functional requirements and assist with solution design.
2. Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites.
3. Use test-driven development in an agile environment.
4. Leverage and contribute to components for CI/CD pipelines.
5. Collaborate with team members to deliver innovative solutions.
6. Apply best practices and pursue continuous improvement.
7. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with application development or packaged software implementations on AS400/IBMi.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RPG/CL programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PCI, etc.) and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus.

Physical & Other Requirements

Flexible schedule, ability to travel up to 5%, and ability to work outside core hours as needed. Must comply with security policies and internal controls.

Compensation & Benefits

Range: $74,000 - $118,000 annually, with details on benefits available on the company's website.
