Job Description

The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. This position analyzes, designs, and develops tests and test-automation. It collaborates cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain technology solutions, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design
  • Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites
  • Use test-driven development in an agile environment
  • Leverage and contribute to components for continuous integration and deployment pipelines
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve innovative, results-driven technology solutions
  • Apply best practices and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies
  • Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years of application development or packaged software implementation experience with AS400/IBMi
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

All employees must adhere to security responsibilities and comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.

Potential salary ranges from $74,000 to $118,000, based on experience and skills.
