Job Description

The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. This role involves analyzing, designing, testing, and automating tests. The engineer collaborates cross-functionally to develop innovative, business-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technology solutions, ensuring they meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design
• Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites
• Use test-driven development in an agile environment
• Contribute to and leverage components for continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with team members to achieve innovative, business-driven solutions
• Apply best practices and pursue continuous improvement
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 2 years of experience in application development or packaged software implementations with AS400/IBMi
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Employees must adhere to security responsibilities and legal requirements. The potential salary range is $74,000 - $118,000 based on experience.
