Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking an IT Software Engineer to join our IT Innovation Center North, supporting propulsion systems, software interfaces, production lines, and product quality management.

You will design, develop, and implement business and computer applications software, including mainframe and client/server applications. This role requires 5-7 years of experience, strong full stack skills, and AI/containerization capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software development and system troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in full stack development with at least 3-4 years’ experience (front end, back end, and database).
• Experience with AI coding skills and containerization technologies.
• Strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design, with experience in large systems software development.

Pay Range: $66 per hour on W2
