Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc. is seeking a Lead IT Sites role to serve as the on-site expert for information technology services at the assigned location.

You will lead IT operations, coordinate with centralized IT, and drive site-wide technology initiatives to support manufacturing, warehouse, and office systems. The role emphasizes ownership, mentorship, and collaboration with operations, engineering, and functional teams to ensure uptime, security, and continuous improvement of IT services

Qualifications

• 4+ years of system administrator experience in Windows OS, AD, MS Office, and Exchange/Outlook.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting PC/laptop hardware.
• Network administration experience, preferably Cisco-based.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with MS Access databases.
• Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with project management in a large-scale environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site IT resources.
• Set performance expectations and support development.
• Identify skill gaps and coordinate training.
• Oversee resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Ensure timely, customer-focused IT support.
• Escalation point for complex issues.
• Maintain production floor, warehouse, and office systems.
• Provide hands-on support for IT hardware and software.
• Perform workstation deployment and upgrades.
• Manage site infrastructure including networks and devices.
• Monitor factory automation and OT systems.
• Implement quality controls for IT services.
• Drive process improvements across IT services.
• Coordinate with centralized IT teams.
• Build relationships with operations and engineering teams.
