Fox Restaurant Concepts in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an IT Services Specialist to provide frontline technical support to employees across our restaurants and corporate offices. You will resolve day-to-day issues, deliver strong customer service, and build foundational IT skills. The role is based at the Big Kitchen in Phoenix with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years IT support experience or equivalent training/education.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments and MS Office.
• Experience with Active Directory and Okta identity platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support by responding to helpdesk tickets and troubleshooting issues.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency and impact to operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, apps, and basic networking issues.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures and escalation paths.
• Document solutions and maintain clear user communications.
• Configure and deploy Windows/macOS workstations and iPads; remote and on-site setups.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Okta; coordinate with vendors for repairs.
• Participate in asset inventory and on-call rotation; occasional early/late hours and travel.
