Job summary

Certis Biologicals seeks a Senior Manager of IT Services to provide strategic and operational leadership of the company's technology environment. The role partners with MKI, executive leadership, and external vendors to align IT initiatives with business goals, including digitization and digitalization efforts, while ensuring reliable operations and business continuity.

You will lead IT service management, enterprise infrastructure, ERP/OT initiatives, and cybersecurity compliance,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
10+ years in IT/OT operations and enterprise systems.
5+ years in leadership and management.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, and business systems.
Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, OT environments, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance.
Experience leading digital transformation or business process improvement initiatives.
Experience managing vendors, MSPs, and enterprise technology initiatives.
Primarily onsite at Certis Biologicals in Columbia, MD.

Responsibilities

Lead IT services with MKI and technology partners to ensure reliable operations.
Oversee local IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, and operational continuity.
Drive ERP, OT, cybersecurity, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives with MKI.
Govern vendor relationships, budgeting, planning, and IT/OT project management.
Ensure policies, procedures, and security standards are followed and supported by audits.
