Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in New York, NY seeks a cybersecurity risk professional to develop and implement IT/OT risk strategies, monitor endpoint security, and coordinate remediation across regulated environments.

You will lead incident response, oversee major events, and drive enterprise resiliency initiatives while guiding audits and risk management.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Information Technology (or related field).
• Senior: 5 years delivering IT/OT services (Principal: 8 years, if applicable).
• Strong GxP experience and experience in highly regulated environments.
• May consider equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks within IT and OT operations.
• Monitor endpoint security posture, respond to incidents, and coordinate remediation; support IT/OT network segmentation (IEC 62443).
• Contribute to Enterprise Cyber Resiliency projects to withstand, detect, respond to, and recover from cybersecurity incidents across IT and OT.
• Provide oversight and guidance for major incidents, including stakeholder communication and post-incident reviews.
• Partner with service providers/third parties to ensure quality of service, availability/efficiency, and adherence to SLAs.
• Provide direction/oversight across the full lifecycle of IT/OT solutions from initiation through transition.
• Support audits and compliance reviews with documentation/insights into IT/OT risk management; monitor emerging risks.
• Train and guide team members on risk management protocols.
