Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three to five years of work related experience.
• Solid working knowledge of purchasing, accounts payable, and contract administration processes.
• Proven ability to interpret and apply institutional policies, translating them into clear guidance for staff and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience producing clear, accurate financial or operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full range of departmental business and administrative functions across ITS.
• Manage financial transactions, purchasing activity, and vendor relationships.
• Administer contracts and service agreements, serving as a key point of contact for internal and external partners on procurement and compliance matters.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for ITS leadership and the Director, Administration & Planning.
• Monitor budget activity, track expenditures, and flag variances to support fiscal management.
