Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Information Technology leader to manage and supervise the IT department across our district-wide operations in California. The role focuses on aligning technology initiatives with organizational objectives and ensuring reliable technical support and services.

You will oversee IT projects, promote teamwork, and facilitate collaboration between departments and school districts, reporting to the County Superintendent and working under the administrator's

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Proof of California Driver's License may be required.
• Two signed letters of recommendation.
• Resume and references.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Information Technology department staff and operations
• Ensure efficient and effective technical support and services organization-wide
• Align team activities with broader organizational objectives and technological requirements
• Manage IT projects
• Promote teamwork within the IT department
• Facilitate communication between departments and school districts
