Job summary

Data Analysis Incorporated (DAI) is seeking an IT Services Engineer to provide hands-on support for employees across all company locations, with emphasis on plant production and business teams. You will manage end-user computing, troubleshoot hardware/software, and support collaboration tools to ensure a smooth IT experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support, an IT-related degree, and familiarity with AD, M365, Endpoint Central, Jira Service Management, and Zoom.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2+ years in IT support or similar role.
• Experience with Windows/macOS, AD, M365, and IT service tools.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+/Security+/Network+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote technical support for employees.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and macOS devices and peripherals.
• Support Zoom, Microsoft 365, and Jira Service Management.
• Assist in managing Active Directory, Endpoint Central, and MDM solutions.
• Analyze and improve IT processes to reduce end-user friction.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.
• Document IT processes and troubleshooting guides.
