Job summary

Optiv is seeking an IT ServiceNow Administrator to support the ServiceNow platform remotely in the USA. The role focuses on day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and ITSM support, including upgrades and health checks.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, ITIL familiarity, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward AI-enabled automation. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

This role will help ensure the platform remains stable, secure, and effective while supporting ongoing improvements to IT service management processes.
