Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Service Transition & Capability Delivery Manager in Colorado Springs, CO. This role owns the project management and end-to-end process for delivering new or changed IT capabilities into the N&NC operational environment, following ITIL and Task Order requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS, PM or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Owns project management and end-to-end capability delivery for new or changed IT services.
• Leads the full Service Transition lifecycle including Change Management and SVAT compliance.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive project plans with milestones, dependencies, and testing/acceptance plans.
• Coordinates integration of third-party hardware/software and ensures CAB compliance.
• Documents sustainment costs, SACM actions, and DoD directives alignment.
