Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline required; Master’s or PhD preferred for progression.
• Active PMP certification required.
• 10+ years IT Project Management experience.
• Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
• DOD or Federal Government experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a wide range of Project Management activities across the lifecycle (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control/Monitoring, Closing).
• Coordinates with directorate leadership, program managers, and stakeholders to ensure integration and synchronization of PM activities.
• Maintains and updates project plans, risk registers, and communications plans; ensures policy compliance and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Directs project teams to follow comprehensive communications and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Ensures scope changes are vetted and documented; coordinates with governance and policy leads.
