West Liberty Foods is seeking an IT Service & Support Technician to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for administrative and production systems. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and ensure proper operation of hardware such as Zebra printers, barcode scanners, and related software permissions.
You’ll deliver end-user training, support on hardware and software, and assist with production IT needs including network terminations and security systems.
