As an IT Service Engineer, you will serve as an escalation point for Service Analysts, providing advanced technical support to users and acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specialized areas. Your responsibilities include managing hardware and software systems as an administrator, while adhering to Service KPIs and departmental processes.
