Description:
This customer-facing, non-exempt PC/Printer field break/fix position provides hardware support and related services specifically to PC Product customers. Products include Laptop, Desktop, RPOS, and Workstation products. Printer knowledge is a significant plus. The environment is fast-paced and constantly changing, requiring positive attitudes and success in managing multiple stressors. Candidates must be self-contained, resourceful, and determined to succeed.
This team-based role involves self-starting, technical/mechanical delivery professionals. The environment presents daily challenges that include educating customers about technology, managing critical service events, and interacting with multiple levels of customer management. The team aims for complete customer satisfaction and business growth in a profitable manner and within budget. It is crucial for the Field Service Rep. to understand the financial and business impact of their work.
