Job summary

Vista Global Solutions, LLC., part of Bristol Bay Services, is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist Level I to support GSP TO #5 at Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH. The role covers first-line troubleshooting, on-site/off-site user support, and hardware/software maintenance within a DoD/government environment.

The candidate will handle SAAR/AD issues, provide Tier II support for in/out-processing, and manage ticketing and inventory following DHA procedures, while complying with security

Qualifications

• Mandatory CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience with Microsoft desktop OS in DoD or Government contexts.
• At least 1 year troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Progressive experience in a Microsoft support environment within a large, critical setting.
• Experience with workstation maintenance and peripheral troubleshooting.
• U.S. citizenship or ability to obtain it and pass a government background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line troubleshooting and user support via calls, desk, and remote assistance.
• Perform desk-side and remote support to resolve software/hardware issues.
• Assist with SAAR and Active Directory account issues.
• Deliver Tier II technical customer service for In/Out-processing.
• Route out-of-scope issues to Tier 1 when appropriate.
• Provide on-site touch-labor for hardware and peripheral installation.
• Install and configure workstation components and peripherals.
• Support lifecycle management for desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers.
• Perform data migration and verify data integrity after deployment.
• Document all work in incident and asset systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory from receipt to return of equipment.
