Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to join the IT Service Desk. You will support internal users across Mac, Windows and Linux, configure new hires, and work to improve service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires onsite presence in Sunnyvale, CA, five days a week, with collaboration across IT teams and opportunities to work on policy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of OS concepts and Active Directory account creation and maintenance.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; able to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
• Experience with IT service desk operations and incident management.
• Familiarity with device management tools (SCCM/Jamf/AirWatch) and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a frontline Service Desk member handling inbound requests and resolving incidents for internal users.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Mac, Windows, and Linux endpoints and related configurations.
• Configure and manage user workstations and onboarding for new hires.
• Collaborate with IT teams on projects and improve IT service delivery policies.
• Assist with IT assets, inventory, and A/V support in offices as needed.
