Job summary

Infinite Campus, Inc. is seeking a Manager of the IT Service Desk to lead a team of technicians and ensure efficient internal support across our Minneapolis operations.

You will guide service delivery, coach staff, and maintain high standards in ticket resolution and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a IT degree and at least five years of ITSM leadership experience, with strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Jira, and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years IT Service Desk management experience.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Solid technical background across hardware, software, and networks.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead IT Service Desk team to ensure effective support.
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate responses and escalation handling.
• Implement best practices in service desk processes, including onboarding/offboarding, access and asset management, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with other IT teams on cross-functional projects to maintain service levels.
• Identify areas for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
