R.D. Offutt Company in Fargo, ND is seeking an IT Service Desk Manager focused on solving problems and leading people.

You’ll grow a high-performing service desk, deliver fast, reliable support, and cultivate a customer-first culture that makes end users feel heard and supported. You’ll coach and develop your team, drive technology adoption across the business, and streamline processes to improve daily operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Customer-focused mindset delivering great service.
• Strong troubleshooting and adaptability to new systems.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong organization and project management to manage competing priorities.
• Associate degree or higher in CS, Management, Accounting, or a related field.

What You Will Need:

• IT leadership experience: 5+ years of technology experience with demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
• Customer-focused mindset: A passion for delivering great service and creating positive experiences.
• Technical problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues, navigate technology, and adapt to new systems quicky.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to connect with technical and non-technical audiences and build strong relationships.
• Organization and project management skills: Ability to manage competing priorities and keep initiatives moving forward.
• Education: Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Management, Accounting, or a related field.
• Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
