Job summary

CNA Corporation is seeking an IT Service Desk Intern for an on-site role in Arlington, VA. You will provide first-level support to internal users, troubleshoot issues, and help draft Standard Operating Procedures for IT service delivery.

The internship offers exposure to multiple CNA business divisions and a collaborative, inclusive work environment that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives. You will gain hands-on experience while developing writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be in junior or final year of bachelor's degree at internship start or enrolled in a graduate program in IT/CS/Cybersecurity
• Preferred Security Plus certification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to internal users
• Conduct research for assigned projects
• Assist in analyzing data gathered for projects
• Provide general communications support to the team
• Assist with scheduling and note-taking
• Provide excellent customer support
• Perform other general duties as assigned
