Job summary

Hatch is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician Intern to support our global offices from the Pittsburgh, PA location. The role reports to the Shared Services group and emphasizes in-office collaboration with occasional remote work when needed.

Qualified students are pursuing an associate degree in IT or related fields, with a minimum 3.0 GPA. You will provide desktop hardware/software support, office 365 assistance, and phone-based help desk support in a dynamic engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an associate’s degree in information technology, information technology, computer science, or a relevant field
• Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to Hatch employees including hardware support for desktop PCs
• Software support for desktop PCs
• Rebuilding and reconfiguration of PC’s
• Application support for MS Office Suite
• Operate Help Desk and provide over the phone support
