Job summary

Apple's Flint headquarters seeks a Help Desk Technician to join a small, hands-on team. You will contribute to sprint planning, own a technology service end to end, from Penetration Testing schema to on-call rotation, and mentor the mid-level cohort through their first real Collaboration on-call at Apple.

Collaborating with QA to define test coverage, pairing with cross-functional partners to scope remote projects, and carrying Jira Service Management features through code freeze are expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Patch Management expertise in a fast-moving technology environment.
• Ability to work effectively across SSH engineers and Marketing communications.
• Comfort with on-call rotations and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technology roadmap discussions.
• Own a technology service end to end, from Penetration Testing schema to on-call rotation.
• Mentor the mid-level cohort through their first real Collaboration on-call at Apple.
• Partner with QA to define test coverage and catch regressions early.
• Pair with cross-functional partners to scope and deliver remote projects.
• Carry a Jira Service Management feature through code freeze without breaking Apple stability.
• Land Collaboration performance wins Apple can measure in MI retention numbers.
• Tune CCNA caching so Apple survives the Flint launch spike on the same hardware.
