Job summary

Specialist Staffing Group is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to join our Technology team and help deliver outstanding support experiences for colleagues across the business.

You’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, handling issues from end-user computing to collaboration tools. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of technologies while collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for products and services.
• Manage incidents and service requests from initial contact to resolution.
• Support laptops, desktop hardware, peripherals, telephony, AV and video conferencing.
• Respond to inbound calls, live chats, and self-service requests within SLAs.
• Collaborate with 3rd-level support teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Build and maintain knowledge articles to improve self-service and first-contact resolution.
• Support regional office locations, including occasional travel when required.
