Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Service Desk Engineer II to support Windows 10/11, Office 365, Citrix, and network access. You will handle incidents, provide front-line IT support, and maintain user documentation while collaborating with a skilled team.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and the ability to work on-call shifts. Onsite duties with a supportive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT service or help desk.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 OS installation, troubleshooting, and configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 programs including Outlook.
• Experience with Citrix and virtual environments.
• Experience with VPN, RDP, DHCP, and network connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-up IT requests.
• Provide remote access support as needed.
• Log incidents in ticketing system with details and prioritization.
• Manage and resolve tickets within SLAs.
• Maintain documentation in knowledge base.
• Collaborate with team and assist training of juniors.
