Job summary

Heniff Transportation Systems, LLC is seeking an Application Support Specialist to provide end-user support for computer hardware, software, and business applications across the organization. You will troubleshoot issues in TMW and Trimble suites, create helpful self-service resources, and contribute to Heniff University training materials.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience) and 1–2 years in application support. MCP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Application Support Specialist.
• MCP or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve technical issues with TMW .NET Operations and related systems.
• Assist end-users with problems related to Trimble applications after authentication.
• Create knowledge base articles and document configurations in ITGlue.
• Develop training materials for Heniff University related to applications.
• Support application upgrades and end-user testing in test/production environments.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
