Qualifications

• Interest in IT support, MSPs, or service desk operations.
• Exposure to an IT environment via internships or education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service desk operations and incoming IT requests.
• Schedule engineers, assign tickets, and organize service appointments.
• Act as client point of contact for scheduling and ticket updates.
• Prioritize requests based on urgency and client needs.
• Coordinate onsite and remote support with engineers and management.
• Maintain accurate engineer calendars and ticket information.
• Learn and use ConnectWise for service management.
• Follow up to ensure progress of service requests.
• Support documentation and communication across the service desk.
• Contribute to overall efficiency of the technical support team.
