First Financial Bank is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst I for an in-office role in Abilene, Texas. You will be the first point of contact for technology incidents, process requests, and access issues, recording accurate tickets and performing initial diagnosis with standard troubleshooting.

This entry-level position emphasizes customer-focused service, documentation, and adherence to banking security policies while supporting Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, and common applications.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; no prior IT experience required.
• Foundational familiarity with Windows, browsers, email, printers, and mobile devices.
• Ability to learn and follow documented procedures and perform step-by-step troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for incidents, service requests, and general support via phone or portal.
• Create and maintain accurate tickets with issue details, business impact, and resolution information.
• Provide initial triage, password resets, and basic access troubleshooting.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2, infrastructure, information security, or vendor teams as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security requirements while handling information.
