Responsibilities

• Handle IT support requests and manage hardware/software deployments.
• Provide end-user troubleshooting and support via phone, chat, and in-person.
• Maintain inventory and ensure asset reconciliation.
• Support Okta for SSO and administer user accounts in Active Directory.
