Qualifications

• Four years of experience supporting IT operations, service desk activities, ticket management, or related IT functions.
• Experience using ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation and recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and close service requests and incidents using ServiceNow.
• Monitor queues, prioritize and resolve tickets within SLAs.
• Generate reports on service desk performance and customer support activities.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and technical teams to meet operational needs.
• Maintain accurate ticketing records and conduct knowledge management.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
