We are currently seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager-- US Citizen to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

Job Description:

The client is looking for IT service delivery, IT infrastructure, and IT lifecycle operations support for all of its sites and employees. Specifically, they seek skilled IT professionals with specialized knowledge across various technology areas, including adjusting IT services as required, monitoring systems to identify and address potential issues proactively, minimizing downtime, providing 24/7 support, and enhancing IT security.

The Project Reporting Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and reporting on enterprise-wide IT initiatives. Responsibilities include:

• Analysis of Alternatives and Business Case Development
• Project management, including SDLC, project planning, task management, and control, utilizing scheduling, cost management, change management, and tracking tools
• Security operations, including vulnerability/patch management, security configuration, incident response, and privileged account management
• Hardware and software asset management to optimize usage, ensure license compliance, and track inventory
• Maximizing investments in hardware and software
• Providing expertise in portfolio management, technology investment reporting, and alignment with agency missions
• Development and maintenance of IT Governance and support for Emerging Technologies

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; equivalency options available for additional work experience
• Minimum 10 years of recent experience in service delivery support aligned with industry best practices
• At least 2 years' current experience in a similar role
• Current Project Management Certification (e.g., PMI PMP)
• Must be a US Citizen with a Public Trust Clearance, upgradeable to Top Secret
