Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. The role involves managing IT service delivery, infrastructure, and lifecycle operations support across all sites and employees for a government client. The manager will oversee the delivery of ITIL-based services, ensure high client satisfaction, and coordinate mission-critical support services.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the delivery of ITIL lifecycle support services for a 24/7 high-performing service desk.
2. Enhance client satisfaction through effective Business Relationship Management.
3. Coordinate Mission and Site Support Services, ensuring operational excellence.
4. Report on service performance, customer feedback, and improvement strategies to government leadership.
5. Supervise project planning, scheduling, cost management, and change control.
6. Ensure quality deliverables while managing costs, schedules, and resources.
7. Collaborate with senior government staff to meet project goals and objectives.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of recent experience in service delivery support.
• Must be a US Citizen with a Public Trust Clearance, eligible for Top Secret upgrade.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current ITIL Certification.
• Experience with ITSM and ITIL frameworks within the last 2 years.
