Job summary
Wounded Warrior Project is hiring an IT Service Delivery Manager to coordinate delivery across software engineers, IT architects, QA analysts, and BSAs. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, manage vendor commitments, and align initiatives with business priorities in a hybrid US-based role.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT service delivery, strong Agile experience, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Five years in IT service delivery or technology project management.
- Three years coordinating delivery across cross-functional technical teams in agile environments.
- Experience translating strategy into actionable delivery plans and coordinating resources.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, IT architects, QA analysts, and BSAs.
- Facilitate delivery of IT services aligned to approved requirements and business needs.
- Manage vendor deliverables, monitoring quality, budget, scope and schedule.
- Collaborate on SLAs, MSAs, and OLAs to improve service delivery.
- Monitor delivery performance and coordinate with COEs and stakeholders.
