The role requires five years in IT service delivery or project management and three years coordinating delivery in agile settings, with a Bachelor’s in CS/IS or equivalent and relevant certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Five years of experience in IT service delivery or technology project management.
• Three years coordinating delivery across cross-functional technical teams in agile environments.
• Experience translating strategic direction into actionable delivery plans and resource coordination.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery activities across multidisciplinary teams supporting IT initiatives.
• Facilitate and monitor delivery of IT services aligned to requirements and business needs.
• Manage vendor deliverables, monitoring quality, budget, scope, and schedule.
• Develop and refine SLAs, MSAs, and OLAs.
• Ensure delivery aligns with security standards and processes.
• Provide input to resource sourcing and allocation with COE Managers.
• Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
