Job summary

Align seeks an IT Service Coordinator to join our Managed Services team in Midtown Manhattan. This role supports client services, schedules engineers, manages ticket flow, and keeps clients and internal teams informed in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, communicates well, and excited to grow early in their career. The hybrid position requires occasional in-office presence and offers full benefits plus a salary in the $60K–$70K range with paid training and performance

Qualifications

• Strong organization, scheduling, and follow-up skills to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clients.
• Customer service mindset with professional, responsive approach.
• Ability to write clear documentation and SOPs.
• Attention to detail when tracking tickets and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / O365; quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket flow in the IT Service Management Platform (ConnectWise).
• Act as the primary contact for customer service and issue resolution; assign tasks to ITSD/NOC/Engineers.
• Schedule support coverage for shifts; coordinate on-site work and VIP support.
• Own tickets to ensure processes are followed, accurate documentation, and closure.
• Assist with reports related to client SLAs and quarterly ABRs.
• Drive customer service and client relationship initiatives.
